LaManna & Sons want to make your stay on Three Hummock Island an experience to cherish. Book a private chef to prepare meals for you and your guests, cater unique experiences around the island, or design a bespoke menu with recipe cards to follow along yourself. Don’t worry, your groceries will be delivered straight to your mode of transport to the island, so you don’t have to arrange a thing!
Option 1 - Private Chef
- $1,200-$3,000 per day, half-day minimum (not including food or transportation costs).
- Includes menu consultation & preparation, food shopping, delivery of groceries, cooking, and cleaning.
- Please note the cost of food will be in addition to the daily charge of the Private Chef. Transportation cost may apply if the Chef is to travel separately to the party.
- Four weeks notice required. Subject to availability.
Option 2 - Food + Menu
- $600-$1,200 dependant on requirements (not including food costs).
- Includes consultation, menu preparation, food shopping, and delivery of groceries.
- Note this does not include the cost of groceries, which is in addition to the menu preparation fee. Guests are responsible for cooking the meals and cleaning, etc.
- Two weeks’ lead time required.
Option 3 - Grocery Package
- Grocery delivered to your mode of transport from LaManna & Sons—the freshest & best Greengrocer.
- Minimum spend of $600 applies.
- Grocery list must be supplied 14 days prior to departure to the island.
Option 4 – Fully DIY
- Bring all your own food and prepare all your meals in our fully fitted kitchen and BBQ.
- Pack-in pack-out applies; all refuse or unused foodstuffs must be taken with you upon departure. Any rubbish left behind may attract a disposal fee.

A fully customised and curated menu prepared by our culinary experts. Consult with our Private Chef (off-site) to discuss what you would like to cook for the weekend, and we will arrange for delivery of all the needed groceries as well as recipe cards to follow along!
Option 3 - Grocery Package
If you are already a master chef yourself then all you need is let us know a list of your groceries and we will arrange delivery of the freshest ingredients to your chosen mode of transport. Simply send us your grocery list and you’ll be able to whip up your own culinary creations in our fully kitted kitchen.
Option 4 – Fully DIY
We of course allow you to fully DIY your meals if you prefer. If you need any advice on local suppliers before you depart, please just ask! To ensure minimal impact on resources please note that if you are bringing your own food we operate on a pack-in pack-out basis and all refuse and unused food stuffs must be taken with you upon departure and disposed of appropriately.
